This programme acknowledges that it is normal to feel anxious or low in the face of a crisis. The content of the programme provides emotional coping strategies and gives practical solutions for maintaining well-being during challenging times. Other topics in the programme include:


  • Sleep Difficulties: Get more restful and restorative sleep by taking a closer look at what causes sleep issues.
  • Relaxation: Learn some helpful relaxation techniques that you can use in your day-to-day life to unwind and de-stress.
  • Mindfulness: Understand the core principles and benefits of mindfulness and use guided audio meditations to help you become more aware of the present moment.
  • Grief & Loss: Explore the experience of loss and learn to understand and accept your own unique grieving process.

You can complete these modules in your own time and at your own pace. Each module contains text and interactive and engaging activities that will help you to navigate through difficult times and build your resilience.
