Programme Description
Space for Positive Body Image
Space for Positive Body Image provides information and support for students experiencing issues with body image and self-esteem, with an aim to prevent the development of eating disorders.
The programme consists of six modules that you can complete in your own time and at your own pace over the course of six to eight weeks. Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as activities and quizzes that you can complete as you go along.
This is a self-help programme which you can use in your own way, at your own pace. The Student Counselling Service does not have access to the content you input into the programme. We recommend students spend at least an hour a week for 6 to 8 weeks to get the most from the programme.
