Programme Description
Space for Resilience
The programme “Space for Resilience” consists of seven online modules to promote well-being and resilience. Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as interactive and engaging activities. The programme aims to help you assess how you’re doing in important areas in your life, and give you pro-active tools and strategies to improve things in those areas where needed.
The five areas you will learn about are
- Purpose
- Self
- Connections
- Body
- Mind
This is a self-help programme which you can use in your own way, at your own pace. The Student Counselling Service does not have access to the content you input into the programme. We recommend students spend at least an hour a week for 6 to 8 weeks to get the most from the programme.
By participating in the programme, you agree for your data to be used for research purposes, in order to evaluate the programme. This data includes your intake questionnaire, feedback questionnaire and usage statistics, but does not include any of the personal information you input into the programme.
